A large textile group is looking for senior resources for the following positions at its spinning plants situated in Faisalabad.

JOBS DESCRIPTION

Head Spinning Operations The successful candidate:
• Strategize production objectives in line with organizational objectives
• Manage all aspects of overall production function
• Guide and supervise Mill Managers in planning. organizing and technical matters
Key Requirement:
Applicants should have BEIBS in Textile Engineering with at least 15 years of experience. 

Mill Manager
The successful candidate:
• Manage production function of assigned mill
• Guide the production team on technical and operational matters
• Ensure achievement of production targets in line with company's quality standards
Key Requirement:
Applicants should have BE/IBS in Textile Engineering with at least 10 years of experience. 

Head Administration 

The successful candidate:
• Be responsible for overall HR & Administrative function of the plant
• Ensure compliance with labour laws at production facility
• Make arrangements for the adherence to all applicable social responsibility and EHS standards adopted by the company or required by customers
Key Requirement:
Applicants should have Bachelor's degree with 20 years of experience.
