CVs are invited for the following position in Administration & IR Department at Maple Leaf Cement Ltd. Plant Site, Iskanderabad, Distinct Mianwali.

ASSISTANT MANAGER INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Requisite Qualification & Experience:  
• Fresh Law Graduates (LLB / LLM) from a recognized Institution 
• Incumbents having (02) to (04) years of relevant experience may also apply for this position. 
• Diploma in Labour Laws would be an additional qualification for this position. 

Key Responsibilities:  
• Assist in implementing CBA related management deosions in coordination with CBA and Admin & IR. 
• Assist Company's Legal Advisor in all court cases and prepare summaries / updates on a regular basis. 
• Maintain Employment Records of workers including the Time Management System 
• Correspond with Govt institutes i.e. E061, Social Secunty and Worker's Welfare Departments
