Admin Assistant Job Vacancy at Faisalabad

Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company established under section 42 of companies' ordinance functioning in Punjab, Sindh & KPK

Responsibilities 

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at our Faisalabad office.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the managers, team leaders and employees. Assists in daily office needs and manages company's general administrative activities relating to HR and security. 

Qualification and Skills 

She/he is bachelor in arts and humanities from a recognized university. Possesses 3- 5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, she/he has working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanner computers etc. and understanding ofERP system.
