HIRING INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under financing from Multi Donor trust Funds/World has Governance & Policy Project, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GPP-KP). Implementation support for the Govern Policy Project will be provided by two units: a Governance Reforms Support Unit (GRSU) and an Op Support Unit (OSU).GSRU will be responsible for the coordination of policy reforms and OSU will be re for project implementation support to all GPP activities.
Applications from highly qualified individuals are solicited for the following positions carrying coin market based salary package; 

Tax Policy Economist 01
PhD in Economics with 3.6 GPA from EEC recognized University.
A min_ of 8 years professional experience with at least 5 years related to econo modeling and research.
Experience relating to tax administration/policy will be an advantage.
Strong report writing skills and ability to effectively communicate findings at high fora including senior level government of and development partners.
IT proficient
Minimum requirements: Ms c Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word & Outlook)
Capacity to use key econ analysis software such asThTA, SPSS, etc.
Knowledge of government institutions and working of provincial departments.
Knowledge of the regulatory system in the Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
Must be (written and Oral) in Urdu, Pushto & English. Fluency in other reg languages will be an advantage.
Analytical capacity and critical thinking attention to details a must.
Ability to supervise staff and work well with team .
Ability to produce quality documents and communications as required.

2 Debt Management Specialist 01 Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration from recognized university or CFA/CA.
At least 10 years of relevant profess experience in one of the following areas:
• Public debt policy including debt management strategy formulation and implementation;
• Risk management frameworks and financial analysis;
• Market knowledge related to development of domestic debt market and functioning of international capital markets;
• Designing Medium term Debt Management Strategy is prefera Previous experience with multilateral development banks and/or develop finance institutions is desirable.
Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to synthesize information clearly for a variety of internal external stakeholder audiences. Unquestionable integrity and highest e standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3 Head of Corporate Governance Regulations & Compliance 01 An advanced degree (at least Master's or equivalent) in Finance, Bus Administration, Corporate Law, or other relevant field from HEC recognized university.
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in corpo governance.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of best practices relate corporate governance.
Knowledge and experience in private sector.
Pro experience with multilateral development banks and/or development fl institutions is desirable. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving Ability to synthesize information clearly for a variety of internal and eats stakeholder audiences.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively work teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous
Unquestionable integrity and highest ethical standards.
Excellent communications, including legal/business writing skills.
Excellent interpret and communication skills.

4 Performance & Monitoring Specialist 01 MBA-Finance/M.Sc.-Finance/CFA/CA from HEC recognized university least 5 years of relevant professional experience in relevant field from pr sector/private sector or an international organization. Knowledge experience in private sector.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving Ability to synthesize information clearly for a variety of internal and all( stakeholder audiences.
Proficient in the use MS Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Fluency in both written English and Urdu

5 Learning & Comma nication Coordinator 01 Master in public relations, communications, HR or relevant field from I recognized university.
At least 5 years of proven working experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems.
Experience in copywriting editing is preferable.
MS Office proficiency.
Excellent communication (oral written) and presentation skills.
Outstanding organizational and all abilities.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle mu assignments.

6 Reforms Coordinator: 01 University degree in Public Administration, Law or a related field with GPA from HEC recognized University.
A minimum of 5 years profess experience preferably in Government Administration, with at least 1 related tax administration.
Good written and verbal facility in English effectively communicate at high fora including senior level government off and development partners.
IT proficient
Minimum requirements:
Ms ( Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word & Outlook)
Knowledge of govern institutions and working of provincial departments.
Ability to work well with others.

7 Research Analyst 03 Master in Economics or a related field with X.X GPA from HEC recognized University.
A minimum of 5 years professional experience with at least 1 related to economic modeling and research.
Strong report writing skills ability to effectively communicate findings at high forums including senior government officials and development partners.
IT proficient (Mini requirements: Ms office, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word & Outlook Knowledge of government institutions and working of provincial depart
Must be fluent (written and oral) in Urdu, Pushto & English.
Fluency in regional languages will be an advantage.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to produce quality documents and communications as required.

8. Research & Data Analyst  01 Master from HEC recognized university.
At least 3 years of experience research or data analysis.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for ana large datasets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organ analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attent detail and accuracy.
Fluency in both written English and Urdu. Good con on MS Office is essential.

9 Financial Analyst 02 Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration from recognized university or CFA/CA.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in debt management, risk management or financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and significant amounts of information with attention to detail and acct
Fluency in both written English and Urdu.
Good command on MS Office particularly Excel is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
