Directors, Managers Required In Labor Human Resources Department Govt. Of Punjab Lahore

SITUATION VACANT

An ADP Scheme titled as Elimination of Child & Bonded Labor Integrated Project for Promotion of Decent Work for Vulnerable Workers in Punjab Province under the Administrative control of labor & HR Department, Government of Punjab intends to recruit suitable qualified professionals having Punjab domicile for appointment on contract basis.
The details of the posts, qualification, age and required experience is as under:

1. Assistant Director Coordination
Master's Degree / BS Hons. 16 Years degree in Sociology / Social Work / Statistics / Psychology / Administrators Science at least 2nd Division from HEC recognized University having minimum 2 years experience.

2. Program Manager Media & Communication
Postgraduate 16 years degree in Mass Communication / Sociology MBA / MPA / Economics / Anthropology at least 2nd Division from HEC recognized University with a minimum of 5 years experience in research, public relation in any of reputed public private sector agencies / institutions with through knowledge of working of electronic and print media.
Experience of conducting research and media reports, designing and launching media campaigns, content development and publications will be additional desirable qualification.

3. Assistant Director Social Mobilization
Post Graduate degree in Sociology / Social Work / Anthropology / Gender Studies / MBA / MPA / Economics / Education / Psychology at least 2nd Division from HEC recognized University with minimum of 5 year experience of work in social development sector in recognized NGO's / Public sector regarding monitoring & evaluation, social mobilization & community development, poverty alleviation, non-formal education and micro-finance.
Work experience in government run development projects will be highly desirable 
The Person must have IT background and Interpersonal & communication skills.

DISTRICT IMPLEMENTING UNITS DIU'S
District Manager
Post Graduate Degree in Sociology / Social Work / Anthropology / Gender Studies / Economics / MPA / MBA at leaset 2nd Division from HEC recognized University / Institution with 8 years of work experience in management and implementation of social development projects.
Candidates should be computer literate.
