1 Position Deputy Project Manager DPM-01 B.E Civil
Min. 15 years experience of execution work on road, Main sewerage pipe line, main water supply Pipe line walk ways & drainage work in a reputed housing project.
At least 5 years as CM experience is mandatory.

2 Construction Manager CMI-01 B.E Civil
Min. 10 years experience of execution work on Road, Main sewerage pipe line, main water supply Pipe line walk ways & drainage work in a reputed housing project.

3 Deputy Construction Manager DCMI-01 B.E Civil
Min. 8 years experience of execution work on Road, Main sewerage pipe line, main water supply Pipe line walk ways & drainage work in a reputed housing project.

4 Deputy Chief Surveyor Land DCSI-01 Diploma in Survey 12-15 years experience of Survey in Road, sewerage, water supply & Drainage work in a reputed housing project.
Candidate must have hand on experience on all survey instruments, Level, total station, GPS with computer expertise.

5 Quantity Surveyor QSI-1 DAE / B.TECH/ Diploma
05-06 years experience of Quantity Surveying in road, sewerage, water supply & Drainage work in a Housing Project.

6 Site Supervisor Supi-1 DAE/B.TECH
05-06 year supervisory experience in construction of Road, sewerage, water supply & drainage work in a reputed housing project.

7 Walkways Supervisor WWSUP-1 DAE/B.TECH
05-06 years experience of Supervision in kurb stone & foot path Pitching in a reputed housing project.

8 Land Surveyor LSUR-1 Diploma in Survey
06-08 years experience of Survey in Road, sewerage, water supply & drainage work in a reputed housing project.
Candidate must have used survey instruments, Level, total station, GPS with computer expertise.

9 Guest Relationship Officer (Female) GR-01 Graduate Min. 2 years experience as GRO in a fine dining restaurant/ clubhouse.
Candidate must have attractive and presentable personality.
She must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

10 Tour Guide (Female) TG-01 Graduate
Min. 2 years relevant experience.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to guide visitors as per guide map of the area.
Candidate must have attractive and presentable personality.

11 Waitress WT-01 Matric
Min. 1 year experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant/ clubhouse.
She must have good communication and interpersonal skills with presentable personality.
