JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR DISABLE PERSON 

Applications are Invited from suitable qualified professionals having Punjab Domicile for appointment on contract basis for (01) one year renewable upon good performance, only for disable persons in the following disciplines of DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY CHINIOT

1. Computer Operator 

ICS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board for BS-12 and BCS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university for BS-15. 

At least three year experience In the relevant field. 

2. Junior Technician (MCH Technology)

F.Sc (Second Division I Pre Medical) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied heath sciences discipline from a recognized board. If none is available, then candidates having qualification of Metric (second Division) with science from a recognized Board alongwith one or two years diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute from Nursing Examination Board Punjab Lahore and Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council Islamabad 

3. Junior Technician  (Pharmacy Technology / Dresser / Dispenser:

F.Sc (Second Division / Pre-Medical) from a recognized Board having diploma in the relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized board. If none is available, then candidates having qualification of Manic (second Division) with science from a recognized Board along-with one or two years diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute from Punjab Medical Fealty 

4 Junior technician Emergency and Clinical Medicine Technology/Medical Technician/ Health Technician 

F.Sc. (Second Division/Pre Medical) from a recognized board having diploma In the relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized board. If none Is available, then candidates having qualification of Metric (second division) with science from a recognized board along-with one or two years diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute from Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore 

5 Junior Technician / Sanitary Inspector (Pubic Health Technology) 

F.Sc (Second Division 1 Pre•Medical) from a recognized Board having diploma In the relevant field heath sciences discipline from a recognized board. If none Is available, then candidates having qualification of Mat& (second division) with science from a recognized Board and Diploma / Certificate of Sanitary inspector Course from Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore or from any other recognized college / Institute 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The above postilions are offered on Contract for one Year (Extendable) under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 amended 2016 & existing Service Rules of the Government of the Punjab. 

2. Hafiz-e-Quran or retired from Armed Forces will be awarded 05 extra marks. 

3. In case the selected candidate wishes to resign from government service, one month notice in advance shall be required. In case of immediate resignation, an amount equal to one month pay shall have to be deposited in government treasury. 

4. The maximum/ upper age limit as mentioned In above schedule shall be raised by 10 years for disabled person to be appointed against quota for disabled. 

Procedure for Submission of Application Forms 

1. Regular Government employees can apply through proper channel and their Lien in previous department will be as per Government Policy. 

2. Disabled candidates will must attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate Issued by the District Standing Medical Board. 

3. Recruitment will be made on the basis of Qualification, Experience & Performance in Interview of the candidate, 

4. Candidate can download application form from National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk), along with deposit slip of Rs.500/- (Non-nonrefundable) 

5. Candidate shall submit duly filled application form along with deposit slip of prescribed fee In favor of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs, directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form. 

6. Test fee shall be paid In any branch of 1-031, Meezan Bank, MCB, or ABL on prescribed bank chailan (Attached with application form downloaded from NTS website). 

7. Incomplete applications or application received after due dale or dosing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.. 

8. Application completed in all respect should reach NTS tin 28-03-2016 till 3.00 pm 

9. Roll Number slip can be separately dispatched to candidate by NTS at least one week before the test, 

10. Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to Qualify. In case of large number of candidates Qualifying NTS test, Appointing Authority reserves the right to decide upon any threshold marks ratio of candidate vice versa. 

12. Only NTS Test passed candidates shall be called for a final Interview and list of selected candidate will be displayed on pshealth.punjab.gov.pk and on facebook page 'Health Information & Service Delivery Unit of Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department'. 

13. No separate test/interview call and invitation will be made on eligible shortlisted candidates. 

14. No TA/DA will be admissible to candidate. 

15. Department has the right to meet/reject or cancel any application or recruitment process. 

16. No. of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without any notice.

18, These vacancies are Post-specific and Nontransferable. 

19, These posts are residential and the selected candidates will have to reside at his I her place of posting. 

20. The age of the candidate win be calculated on the last date of submission of application. 

21. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate. 

22. Recruitment will purely be made on merit under Punjab Recruitment Policy, 2004. 

23. No application will be received by hand. 

24. Candidates shall produce original documents, along-with a set of attested photocopies of all relevant documents at the time of interview.
